Methodology. Each status page load triggers live probes (4-second hard timeout) plus a cron sweep. Results are appended to system_health_checks. Uptime % above is the share of ok rows in the trailing 30 days. New deployments start with no history — we backfill as checks accumulate.
What we don't claim. We do not advertise an SLA percentage we have not yet measured. We do not claim a third-party-audited uptime number. If you need a contractual SLA for a Pro or Agency plan, contact [email protected].
Incidents. Incident history and post-mortems are emailed to subscribed agency administrators. No public incident feed yet.
